Investigators have identified as many as four off-duty NYPD police officers who were riding with the motorcycle group that was involved with the assault of SUV driver Alexian Lien, according to the NY Post. Of the four, it seems only Detective Wojciech Braszczok is facing charges.
Braszczok reportedly was seen on video striking Lien's SUV and was arrested last week. Meanwhile, Internal Affairs cop Matthew Rodriguez met with prosecutors earlier this week, but it doesn't seem as though he will face charges. At a press conference on Wednesday, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said, “At this time, we think we have identified all the officers who may have ridden on that day."
